Having successfully met all of our Certification Criteria, the businesses listed below have officially been certified by J-CROSS. For each company, we reviewed the following areas:
- Does the business explain important points regarding its products and contracts?
- Does the company provide written contracts and other pertinent information?
- Do the contracts contain an appropriate cancellation policy and other modifications?
- Are the company's claims and promotional materials all accurate?
- Are measures being taken to protect consumers after they make advanced deposits for housing and tuition?

＊ Though we have accounting experts go over the financial statements and other data of each applicant company, please be warned that we cannot absolutely guarantee that a certified company will not commit misconduct, go bankrupt or have financial difficulties during the time it is certified by J-CROSS.
By rigorously maintaining our certification system's integrity and by promoting its widespread acceptance, our institution will assist consumers who wish to study abroad make better-informed decisions. Moreover, we will help them feel more secure when making the choice to study overseas. However, to build a strong and properly conducted overseas study industry, our certification system must become as prevalent as possible.
